RATES + FEES

for 2024/2025 our rates are $3500 per single presentation. Each additional presentation is $2700.

TECH RIDER

STAFFING

TCP team will include:1 Performer, 1 Technical Director, 1 Sound Designer

Venue will provide: Minimum 1 venue tech

LIGHTING

TCP will provide: LX operator during performance, Guidance and assistance for any LX re-hang/re-focus required, LX paperwork from a previous presentation of Body Parts as reference

Venue will provide: House hang (with paperwork in advance), Equipment to re-focus lights in the house hang (ladder, wrench), Access to gel stock and/or RGB fixtures, LX tech to program LX console, update focus palettes of any moving lights, and assist with any re-focus required

SOUND

TCP will provide: Qlab 4 file bundled with all audio, Apple Computer with Qlab

Venue will provide: PA system with sound audible for onstage seating, LR Stereo configuration, 3.5mm connection to PA system

STAGE

TCP will provide: Additional vinyl tape, (x2) Rope ladders with chain & shackle to connect to grid pipe or structural element, Zip ties to mouse the shackles, Burlap or rated webbing (sling) to dampen noise at point of contact with grid/structure

Venue will provide: Vinyl tape, Dance floor (if available), left unrolled overnight to relax before installation morning, Dry mop and a clean towel (to clean dance floor and assist with installation, (x2) Grid pipe or structural element that can safely hold a dynamic load of 300lb+, Onstage seating (if possible), Either the ability to drill into the deck of the stage with carriage bolts or minimum 12 sandbags to anchor the rope ladders

TOURING COMPANY

TCP team will include:

ROOM INFO: 

Presenter will provide: 

  • Two separate rooms (no 2 bedroom suites) for the touring company for the duration of the engagement. 

  • ROOM A: 2 Beds (min bed size: double). Occupants: Performer, Sound Designer, and child if travelling with the company.

  • ROOM B: 1 Bed (min bed size: double). Occupant: Technical Director

ALLERGIES + CONSIDERATIONS: 

  • No Pets/Animals have been present (Tara has a very serious allergy to animals)

  • Family friendly environment
